Richard Haydon
I am a degree qualified sports therapist as well as a level 2 fitness instructor (accredited by REP's). This has enabled me to master the techniques to relieve the tension, tightness and painful muscles which occur in your body.

When treated by me, you recover from a muscle or sports injury as quickly and safely as possible.

I work to allow you to get back to doing what you love, whether that's your favourite sport, gardening or walking.

MY APPROACH
Great Results For My Clients
I use deep soft tissue massage to get to the root of your muscular problem. When a muscle is injured it becomes tense and inflamed - which is painful! So my work is about getting the muscles relaxed so inflammation can go and pain is eased. I also use ultra-sound protocols to encourage quicker muscle repair. This coupled with massage enhances repair even further.
Pain killers, rest or frozen peas are only temporary fixes for your pain. A diagnosis with my treatment heals your injury with the long-term in mind.
